Ian Yerrill was employed at the Medway Official Receiver’s Office from July 1987 and subsequently left to join the private insolvency practice of Booth White in August 1990.
Following the merger of Booth White with Moore Stephens in 1995 Ian left to join Gerald Edelman in their London, Harley Street office.
In 1998 he passed the JIEB exams and qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner. He began taking formal insolvency appointments later that year and was admitted as a Partner of Gerald Edelman Business Recovery in July 2000.
The following year he relocated to the Ashford office and became the resident Partner.
In 2004 he was admitted as a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association and in 2006 as a Fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
Ian has taken over a 1,000 formal insolvency appointments, corporate and personal, and has enjoyed the experience of an extensive variety of businesses and situations with the challenges that they have brought.
